How does the delivery work?
Place your order before the cut-off time (Thursday midnight), and we will deliver your freshly prepared meals to your door every Sunday afternoon between 2 and 6 p.m. You will receive a text with a live delivery tracking link when your driver is on the way. If you have any questions or concerns, click here.
If your order was placed after the cutoff time, it will be delivered the following Sunday.

Do I have to be home for the delivery?
No, Our delivery drivers will notify you when they are on the way and when your meals have arrived. We pack our meals in thermal insulated bags with ice packs. Meals can sit at your doorstep for up to 3 hours after delivery.
Can I pick up my order directly from you?
Yes, you can pick up your order from P & D Catering location on Mondays during office hours if you won't be home on Sunday to receive the delivery. Please notify our customer support before the cut-off time to arrange your pick up.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can change your delivery address within our delivery zone anytime before the cutoff time from your account by navigating to Edit Address.

Can I skip one or more weeks of delivery?
Yes, you can manage your next delivery date anytime before the cutoff time from your account by navigating to Next Delivery Date.
What should I do if my delivery is missing or something goes wrong?
Please contact our support team immediately after receiving the delivery confirmation text message and let our support team know to help you resolve your concern.
Should I return the cooler bags, ice packs, and containers?
If you'd like to help us practice environmental awareness, please leave your cooler bags and ice packs at the door for our driver to pick up upon your next delivery.
We don't reuse the food containers, but they are recyclable, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe.

What's the Cutoff Time?
Weekly orders are closed by midnight on Thursdays to ensure quality service and prevent food waste. If your order was placed after the cutoff time, it will be delivered the following Sunday. We only accept cancellations, delivery changes, meal substitutions, etc., before our cutoff time (before Friday)
Can I cancel or pause my order?
Yes, visit My Account >> Edit Plan to manage your order at any time before the cutoff time.
Our system will automatically refund your order if you decide not to receive it on Sunday.
Can I make changes to the order after placing it?
Yes, please visit your account at any time before the cutoff time to be able to make changes to your order.

Subscriptions
How does the Subscription work?
If you have an active subscription, your order will automatically renew every week until you pause your subscription.
If you select the "one week only" option, your subscription will not continue in the following weeks.
Can I cancel / Pause my subscription at anytime?
Yes, please log into your account anytime before the cutoff time (Thursday midnight) and navigate to Edit Plan, and Pause Plan.
Once your subscription has been paused, our system will no longer process your weekly order until you reactivate your account.

Explain Your Menu
The menu changes weekly and rotates after a month. Every week, there are ten menu items, including different types of proteins.
The portion of ingredients and serving size vary for each meal plan.
Explain Your Meals
We use only fresh ingredients, never freeze your food, avoid preservatives, steer clear of GMOs, and prioritize primarily organic produce.
Can I choose my meals?
Log into your account and go to the "Planner" section any time before the cutoff time (Thursday midnight) to choose your meals. You can look at each meal's macros, list of ingredients, etc., and choose the ones that fit your health goals and taste the best.
Our system automatically processes your order with the default menu items if you do not choose your meals.
Where can I see the menu?
We rotate our menu weekly. You will receive next week's menu via email.
Where do we send your next week menu?
For how long can I store the meals?
We recommend consuming your meals within 5 days. You might have to freeze your meals if you wish to consume them after 5 days. (Not recommended)
How to warm up my meals?
Simply remove the lid and heat up your meal in the microwave for 2-3 minutes on medium power. Your meal containers are microwave and dishwasher safe.
How do I see the macros?
Please scan your meals' QR codes to see your meals' macros by clicking on their images.
You can also see the list of ingredients, macros, and so on for each meal by visiting your account, navigating to the Planner, and then clicking on any meal's image from this week's menu.
